How to calculate calorie wisely and become thin


Calorie-friendly meals are one of the hurds you feel high when you start dieting. In order to achieve a diet, it is important to understand to some extent the relationship between ingredients and calories.


It may seem like a serious thing, but let’s keep the knowledge of calories in order to make a diet succeed. Calorie calculation If a person who is inexperienced trying to grasp the calorie of the meal, it may even calculate the seasoning sugar and mirin, and the oil used for cooking.


When counting calories of each ingredient and seasoning one by one while checking whether there is count missing and forgetting to check, time will be indefinite. It is OK if you can do calculations that are finished, but then it is better to first check with a rough approximation first if the motivation does not continue.


Knowing the amount of calories for each main food makes it possible to know the amount of meal to eat in a single meal. In order to understand the amount of calorie at a glance, for any ingredient, check how much chunk is 80 kcal. By making a mass of food for every 80 kcal, we grasp how many 80 kcal we ate in a single meal.



When calorie calculation is done to resolve metabolism and improvement of lifestyle diseases, we mainly measure calorie content of meal in this way. 80 kcal is equivalent to 1 egg, 1/2 cup in a rice cup, a piece of fish is equivalent to a cup of milk, so if you calculate this, you can see the total calorie amount. If you want to eat 1,600 kcal a day, the unit of meal you eat per day is 20.
